On December 24, Binance had notified their customers via twitter of connectivity issues in their spot trading API connections at 1259hrs UTC +8.

Due to this unexpected issue at Binance, a small number of Orderbook’s customers were affected as the correct data such as account balance and transaction history cannot be received correctly. This have resulted in some of the accounts at Binance displaying a wrong account balance.
Orderbook users with API connections to Bitget, Bybit, and FTX were not affected.
The API connection issue is now resolved by Binance and Orderbook will proceed update the correct data for the affected customers. We have also upgraded our server system to better detect and recover from similar events.
